Job Elements: -

  • To analyse, develop, interpret and present data to a high standard
  • Identifying current and future market trends
  • To use analytical tools, such as Power BI and MS Excel to collate, manipulate and report performance information
  • Work closely with the Operation department to understand and design targeted improvements to systems
  • Recognising potential for automation of processes, determining costs and benefits or new approaches and managing change, where needed
  • Identify gaps and improvements to the business processes

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Logical approach with high level of problem-solving skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • IT or business degree, or equivalent experience
  • Evidence of continuous training and personal development
  • Strong understanding of both the business context and technology in addition to the software platforms used and the function they serve in the company
  • Demonstrable statistical analysis skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyse large amounts of data with accuracy.
