From our base in Rhondda Cynon Taff (RCT) we provide services to individuals in south Wales and beyond.

Case Management Cymru delivers person-centred specialist case management to adults and children with acquired brain injury, birth injuries, learning difficulties, spinal or orthopaedic injuries, mental health issues and older adults with diminished capacity.
