Sales Process Specialist

Job Description

Contract Type: 12 months agency temp
Job Elements: -

  • You will join the Sales team working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role is office based, with some remote working.
  • Ensure smooth and quick follow up of all commercial topics for the customer in line with the approved process
  • Handle the customer contact in an efficient and professional manner, obtain and provide the customer with the requested information on all commercial issues
  • Ensure strong financial control of project results (positive cash flow incl. forecast, invoices raised at earliest, benefit on project cost, financial tracking)
  • Responsible for offer/order tracking
  • Drive the quotations and ensure the professional preparation of quotes
  • Negotiations and commercial activities with the support of the sales team
  • Communication of financial metrics/obligations to production plants
  • Day to day admin management

What the company are seeking in the successful candidate: -

  • University degree, technical Business Administration required or industry experience required
  • Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry
  • Sales and customer facing experience
  • Good comprehension for finance and sales procedures and their feasibility
  • High affinity for numbers
  • Excellent Business English language skills are necessary
  • Strong will to learn constantly to develop personal skills
