The Executive Director of Finance and Procurement will be a member of the Strategic Management Team (SMT), contributing to the strategic, corporate leadership of Bron Afon: championing a planned and sustainable whole organisation approach to improvement, service outcomes and efficiency, to ensure alignment to vision and values and delivery of Bron Afon’s mission and strategic objectives.
Providing a strong financial leadership to the organisation and advising Board on strategic financial direction including risks and controls, the Executive Director will lead the development and ensure the delivery of appropriate financial strategies, services and plans to meet the corporate plan objectives.
