If you’re passionate about doing the right thing, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

As part of our first line of defence, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Investigating unusual activity reports and escalating concerns to the Group’s Nominated Officer where appropriate.
  • Responding to data requests from law enforcement and other third parties.
  • Conducting customer due diligence and ongoing monitoring for higher-risk customers.
  • Reviewing transactions and identifying indicators of suspicious activity.
  • Supporting business areas in understanding their financial crime responsibilities.
  • Designing and delivering tailored financial crime awareness training.

You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement and help ensure our policies and practices align with regulatory expectations.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working in a financial crime function, ideally within financial services.
  • Understands the UK’s financial crime legal and regulatory framework.
  • Has hands-on experience with customer screening, transaction monitoring, and SARs.
  • Is a logical thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Communicates clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally.
  • Can work independently and manage their own workload effectively.
  • Bonus points if you hold an industry-recognised financial crime qualification—but it’s not essential.

Our values

We’re proud of our inclusive culture and values-led approach. We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is risk aware and committed to keeping customers and colleagues safe.
  • Puts the customer first in everything they do.
  • Takes ownership and is accountable for their actions.
  • Is performance driven and strives to be their best.
  • Works collaboratively and supports others to succeed.
