Dispute Resolution – Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant

2. You'll work closely with Fee Earners to support in the day to day running of matters effectively and efficiently, improving client service and compliance.

An exciting and new opportunity has arisen for an ambitious graduate to join us in our expanding Commercial Litigation department on a full-time, permanent basis. The Legal Assistant will work closely with Fee Earners to support in the day to day running of matters effectively and efficiently: improving client service and compliance.

Key duties will be supporting Fee Earners with:

• The organisation and prioritisation of their matters, improving client service and case progression
• Their day to day work. This will include assisting with drafting letters, legal research and liaising with clients (for example)
• Document bundles – this will include hearing bundles, trial bundles and witness statement bundles
• File opening, administrative matters and billing with new enquiries

Person Specification

• Strong IT skills, particularly MS Office Package
• Highly motivated, proactive and resourceful in approach
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced business
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
