Job Description

We are Lyons Holidays Parks, family owned for nearly 100 years! We welcome over 9,000 families to North & West Wales and Cumbria each year across our nineteen holiday parks, luxury hotels and restaurants. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our team at Lyons Pendyffryn Hall in Penmaenmawr. If you want to be part of a successful team who are multi skilled, quality obsessed and have excellent customer service skills, read on!

Business

  • You will be required to act as the first point of contact within the company, dealing with customer holiday home enquiries
  • Be knowledgeable about the park, upsell and secure appointments for the Sales team
  • Upload and process customer enquiries accurately
  • Maintaining a high level of record keeping and ensuring clear audit trails for all correspondences
  • Frequently communicate with customers, providing updates on the status of their enquiry
  • Support the Sales Manager in improving the focus towards a centre of excellence for all customers
  • Liaise with the maintenance team to complete repairs etc.
  • Complete other duties as required

The Person

  • Strong background as an administrator in a holiday park setting preferred
  • Experience of dealing with inbound holiday enquires and sales
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and other Software
  • Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints is essential
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to professionally respond to customers
  • Ambitious individual with the desire to progress within the company
  • IT literate, Microsoft 360, Excel and Sales Software
