IT Service Delivery Administrator

We are looking for an IT Service Delivery Administrator to join our team here at the Celtic Manor Collection.

What are we looking for ...

The successful candidate should be very organised and structured. They will be assisting with ordering for the IT department and contract renewals and be responsible for working closely with accounts department.

What you'll do ...

This important role will involve: 

• Assisting in providing first line IT support
• Monitoring and responding to all IT incoming tickets
• Escalating IT tickets to relevant team members
• Checking EO for any IT resources that are required for up coming events for both companies ICCW/Celtic Manor Resort and ensuring these are raised on the relevant job logging system for team to action.
• Checking billing of ICCW and raising service orders for last minute requests and ensure payment plans are created.
• Checking billing of CMR event orders and ensuring correct costs are put in place for the event
• Assisting the renewal of IT service contracts
• Assisting with budget monitoring and cost tracking for facilities projects and developments such as refurbishments and new properties
• Resolving invoicing queries
• Reconciliation of account statements, keeping supplier and contractor payments up-to-date
• Ordering of IT equipment
• Reconciliation of the facilities credit card statement
• Maintaining the facilities contracts filing system
• Administration of  systems
• Administration of manage engine service desk.
• Participating when required in invoice and purchase requisition approval meetings
