As the business enters a new, exciting period of expansion we are looking for a creative passionate individual to join our innovative Marketing Team to help us take our online presence to the next level!

Responsibilities:

• Support the Social Media Manager to plan and execute truly creative and engaging content across all our social media channels to increase brand awareness
• Proactively seek out thought-provoking content at each of our sites and engage with the public to build advocacy
• Create original, creative and innovative content from the fun stuff to serious messages
• Take ownership of the Zip World Influencer Strategy, proactively reaching out to and hosting both influencers and media
• Support the Zip World site Social Media Champions as they post content for the site and restaurant-specific Facebook pages
• Research the latest social media trends and provide reports on your findings
• Regularly review the social media strategy with the Social Media Manager and propose new ideas
• Video and photo editing for Social Media channels
• Help to coordinate photoshoots, events and collaboration opportunities
• Adhoc copywriting and creative writing, including sales material, emaill, blog posts and internal comms.
• Taking ownership of the Zip World blog to create exciting and interesting content which includes SEO keywords

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media/Marketing Executive or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and tools
• Experience in content creation and copywriting for social media
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
