Our services include the design, installation, maintenance, and repair of Mechanical, Electrical, Fire & Security, Gates, and Barriers and Policy Custody security. We are committed to delivering exceptional results to our clients and partners.

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated full time Coordinator to join our Procurement Department.

Job Summary:

As a Procurement Coordinator at Tremorfa Ltd, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of purchasing activities for our entire business, ensuring goods and services are obtained in a timely, cost-effective, and compliant manner. You will be required to liaison between various internal departments and external suppliers. You will work closely with the Head of Procurement in managing our vehicle fleet and employee travel requirements.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong organisational and analytical skills, and thrives on building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage supplier delivery notices and invoices to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
  • Managing Purchase Order process for companywide departments
  • Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotations and negotiate on values such as price and delivery.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and any queries are dealt with efficiently.
  • Converting material and subcontractor requisitions into purchase orders & submissions
  • Support the management of company Fleet vehicles.
  • Assist with the booking of hotels and hire vehicles as and when necessary.
  • Provide Procurement reports as requested.
  • Support Head of Procurement with continued improvement and delivering efficiencies.

We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in procurement or similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.

Working Hours:

Hours to be worked between 8am-5pm Mon Friday. (No weekend or evenings)
