What you’ll do:
We are seeking a Digital Support Administrator with a proven ability to offer top-notch digital/system support and resolve technical issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering effective training, excel in customer-facing roles, and possess an understanding of the Work-Based Learning sector.
This role demands a tech-savvy individual who can adapt quickly, communicate effectively, and make a tangible impact on our learners and partners by tailoring support and training to their needs. You will provide support to the Digital Development Manager and subcontractors with day-to-day system queries. You will be motivated, ICT literate, enthusiastic and keen to learn new skills. The role requires some basic knowledge of SQL, but don't worry if you don't already have these skills as we will provide all the training you need.
The role will be based at ACT Head Office & Cardiff Skills Centre, Ocean Park House and fits within the Digital Development Team reporting to the Digital Development Manager.
ACT is committed to promoting the Welsh language for both staff and learners, and whilst it is not considered essential criteria, the ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role.
