Director of Experience
Permanent. 37 hours per week.
Salary: £92,619
The National Library of Wales is keen to appoint a Director of Experience to help us reach people and communities in all parts of Wales and the world by promoting and improving experiences of the collections and our services. You will lead the Experience, Engagement and Partnerships Directorate and act as one of the Chief Executive's deputies in various areas.
We are keen to appoint an individual with significant professional experience at a leadership level to lead on our engagement strategy, visitor and user experience, communications and public relations. You will be very familiar with Wales and its communities and its cultural landscape and strongly believe in the power of culture, learning and information to improve the lives of individuals and communities.
The National Library of Wales is a fully bilingual institution, and we serve a bilingual nation, and therefore high level skills in Welsh and English are essential for this position.
