Description

• Manage and maintain the ERP system to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system.
• Train and support users to maximise system utilisation.
• Document system configurations, processes and changes effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with ERP software updates and best practices.

Profile

A successful Senior ERP Application Analyst should have:

• Strong expertise in Infor System21 ERP system
• IBM iSeries background
• SQL skills
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Experience in analysing and translating business needs into system solutions.
• Solid understanding of data integrity and system optimisation.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with various teams.
• Ability to document and manage system configurations and updates.

Job Offer

• Permanent position in the FMCG industry based in Wrexham.
• remote based role / ideally Northwest based
• Salary ranging from £70,000 to £80,000, dependent on the level of experience.
