Job Description

What you'll do

  • Creating POs and SKU's

  • Collaborating between our Product and Warehousing teams, ensuring goods arrive on time

  • Monitoring operational levels of our partners to the agreed costs and service levels

  • Liaising with customer services on restocking dates and availability, aiding with customer queries where necessary

  • Regular relations with directors of the business and/or other departments to create transparency and organisation within the business

  • Any Ad Hoc duties that arise within the product team

  • Take control of any drop ship orders

What you'll bring

  • Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge is essential for the role (VLOOKUP, PIVOTS, IFS etc.)

  • Commercial awareness – working to develop full understanding of the nature of our business, products, and competitive market to drive the best performance

  • Ability to build strong open trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Extremely organised with good attention to detail

  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills

  • Excellent work ethic and ability to multi-task
