gap technical are proud to be representing this global manufacturing division within a multi-business enterprise. As an Apprentice RTC Engineer, you'll collaborate closely with our team on Remanufactured related projects, playing a pivotal role in developing and evaluating manufacturing processes for their products.

Performance Objectives

• Coordinating various stages of new product introduction cycles from R&D to mass production.
• Designing experiments, preparing samples, and conducting tests such as Life, Yield, and Environmental tests.
• Analyzing data from experiments and employing Six Sigma techniques for problem-solving.
• Creating documentation including work instructions, flowcharts, and process control charts.
• Contributing to continuous improvement activities related to recycling techniques.
• Ensuring compliance with rules and regulations for remanufacture and recycling.
• Collaborating within a multicultural environment, particularly with Japanese, European, and American engineers.

Qualifications/ Experience:

• A B.Eng. in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering or a similar qualification.
• Strong proactive problem-solving skills and a dedicated, tenacious approach.
• Willingness to travel overseas on business.
• Desirable knowledge of Japanese/Czech/Slovakian language and culture.
