E-Commerce Content Executives at Net World Sports play an integral part in helping us provide an industry-leading online user experience to our customers. With aspects of content creation and data analysis, this role will provide an exciting platform to utilise and develop your skills. We’re looking for an organised and innovative individual, with a high attention to detail, to join our supportive and expanding Content team. Based in our brand new, state-of-the-art facilities, you’ll be given the opportunity to work across our extensive product portfolio and access unrivaled opportunities to learn as we continue on our ambitious growth plans for 2024. 

What you'll do 

• Manage all aspects of product listings; create engaging product descriptions and combine these with images, videos and reviews to build accurate and exciting content to drive online sales and company performance 
• Monitor and improve the trading performance of your portfolio across our range of websites and external platforms; analyse KPI’s (sales data, website traffic, user engagement) to identify opportunities for growth 
• Collaborate effectively with other Departments (Marketing, PPC, SEO, Translation, Visual, Sales, Products) to ensure our sites are accurate, standardised and offer an unbeatable user experience 
• Utilise project management systems to effectively handle multiple projects at the same time, maintaining a high degree of detail and accuracy in all tasks 
• Conduct market research (competitor activity, industry trends, new technologies) and make suggestions on new strategies and areas for development to enhance our online performance  

What you'll bring 

• 1 year experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a similar role
• High attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Google Analytics, Excel and Outlook
• Understanding of current E-Commerce trends and best practices
• Experience with Magento 1 and/or Magento 2 (Desirable)
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central/eBay & other global marketplaces (Desirable)
