Apprenticeship rate Year 1: £6.40 per hr (£12,346 pro-rata per annum) rising to G02 £22,366 subject to satisfactory performance based on passing a 6 month probation period for the remainder of the 2 year period.

As a corporate apprentice you will be supported by Coleg Cambria and our workforce development team to complete your work-based learning NVQ qualification, and have the opportunity to progress to a higher level.
To ensure you get the best experience and development, your placement will be across a range of service areas over a two year period. We will identify a manager/mentor to guide you along your placement, making sure you get well-being and job role support to allow you to perform to the best of your ability and gain as much experience as possible.
