Our client a leading international manufacturer with a state-of-the-art, award-winning carbon-neutral facility in North Wales is offering an exciting Business Support Services Apprenticeship in their Supply Chain Management team.

This is a genuine earn-and-learn opportunity. You ll gain hands-on experience across real business operations, receive full training, and have the chance to work towards a professional qualification all while earning a competitive salary from day one.

THE ROLE
Support sales order management and build relationships with global customers
Work with demand planning and forecasting in SAP systems
Provide logistics and customs support
Learn every part of the supply chain (planning, logistics, purchasing)
Help drive continuous improvement projects across the department
Keep daily operations running smoothly so the team hits its targets

Who we re looking for We re not looking for years of experience we re looking for the right attitude.
Enthusiastic, energetic and genuinely excited to learn

• A clear communicator who gets on well with people at all levels
• Organised, reliable and comfortable working to deadlines
• Comfortable with IT (especially Excel) data analysis skills are a bonus
• Self-motivated and open to new ideas

Essential requirements:

• 5 GCSEs at grade 4/C or above (including English and Maths)
• A positive, can-do attitude

Desirable:

• A-Levels (or equivalent) in business, economics or a related subject
• Interest in supply chain, logistics or business operations
• Full UK driving licence
