Assembly Operative

Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative on behalf of one of our established manufacturing clients based in Wrexham

Job Role:

• Assembling a variety of products using hand tools and equipment.
• Following work instructions and assembly procedures.
• Conducting quality inspections throughout the assembly process.
• Ensuring finished products meet high quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Working as part of a busy production team to meet daily targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing or production
• Soldering experience is advantageous
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• The ability to follow written instructions and work accurately.
• Good manual dexterity.
• A reliable, positive attitude and excellent timekeeping.
• Flexibility to support production requirements when needed.
