We are recruiting a Commercial Lead Procurement and Collaboration at Caerphilly County Borough Council.
Working hours: 37 Hours per week – 7.4 hours Monday - Friday
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Location: Working hours can be split between home and office depending on specific task requirements.

Caerphilly County Borough Council have a rare opportunity for a Commercial Lead, Procurement & Collaboration. Here the post holder will be responsible for the effective delivery and management of commercial approaches on behalf of CCBC and in collaboration with other public and private sector organisations. Support the Council with taking forward progressive and innovative commercial policy priorities ranging from partnership and collaborative working, decarbonisation, social value, circular economy, and foundational economy. Also to develop, build and maintain key strategic relationships with stakeholders.
A specific focus on development and commercial opportunities, which will underpin the delivery of arrangements for Caerphilly CBC and where applicable work collaboratively across Wales and the UK. Also to develop and lead commercial approaches on behalf of CCBC and collaboratively across Wales and the UK.
