Warehouse Operative (Shifts)

Role: Warehouse Operative
Location: Bedwas
Hours: 3-shift rotation: 6:00AM - 2:00PM, 2:00PM - 10:00PM, 10:00PM - 6:00AM
Pay: £13.67 per hour

Immediate start available. We're recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing warehouse operation in Bedwas, supporting day-to-day warehouse activity, assembly and goods movement.

The Role:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and picking lists
• Check goods for quality, correct quantities and damage-free packaging
• Load and unload vehicles safely, including containers and delivery vehicles
• Keep stock accurate, help with regular counts and report any discrepancies
• Support goods-in, goods-out and replenishment, rotating stock so older items go first
• Keep your work area clean and organised and follow all safety procedures

The Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred, but not essential
• Forklift licence (Counterbalance, Reach, Articulated/Bendi) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive, flexible attitude and good team spirit
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Able to commute reliably to Bedwas
