Grounds Person

1. We are Lyons Holidays Parks, family owned for 100 years! We welcome over 9,000 families to North & West Wales and Cumbria each year across our twenty holiday parks, luxury hotels and restaurants.
2. You will have an excellent customer service attitude and good working practises with working outdoors and health and safety and will possess the ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.
3. You'll be providing a safe and secure environment for all guests through the maintenance of the park.

Supported by the Grounds and Gardens Team Manager, as a Grounds Team Member you are responsible for:

Business:

• The park grounds being of the highest quality and standards for our guests and owners.
• Providing a safe and secure environment for all guests through the maintenance of the park.
• Ensuring that all work areas are presented and managed to the highest level at all times.
• Ensuring that all internal and statutory obligations are met.
• Delivering the Lyons experience for our guests and owners through the upkeep of our beautiful grounds and gardens, contributing to guest and owner satisfaction.
• Take a proactive approach to the Health and Safety of yourself, fellow team members and customers.
• Driving licence advantageous

Guests:

• Ensuring all owners and guests know who to go to, and are given a warm welcome and a first class service giving a positive and memorable Lyons experience.

Team:

• Creating and supporting a 'sense of community' - a real family spirit.
