Job Description

The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that products and materials meet established quality standards and specifications. This role involves inspecting, testing, and documenting products throughout the production processes to identify defects and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Conduct visual, mechanical, and functional inspections using appropriate tools and equipment.
  • Perform measurements and tests according to established procedures and specifications.
  • Identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities and report findings to Production and Quality Management.
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records and reports.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes when quality issues arise.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Company quality standards.
  • Work closely with production teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.
  • Maintain inspection equipment and ensure correct calibration.
  • Assist in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
