Job Description

Location: St Asaph, North Wales

Hours: Part-time – 3 days per week, 10:30am–2:00pm, with flexibility to work every other weekend and provide holiday and sickness cover.

In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support with planning and organising daily and weekly routines
  • Accompany the client to appointments and the gym
  • Encourage independence while providing appropriate guidance and reassurance
  • Promote healthy routines and positive lifestyle choices
  • Support community access, including walks and local outings
  • Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
  • Help the client remain focused on their rehabilitation goals

  • You’ll also receive an additional 14.07% holiday payon every hour worked
