About our Graduate Scheme

Our Engineering Graduate scheme aims to introduce talented graduates to our operations, learn how we work, provide fresh insights and perspectives; to progress into management roles in the longer term and become the next generation of our future leaders. As an Engineering Graduate you will be joining one of British business's most compelling success stories of the past 30 years.

The scheme is a two-year placement starting in September 2024. We will be proactively working with you throughout this period to secure your permanent role with 2 Sisters at the end of the two years. About the role

We are recruiting for an Engineering Graduate to join our Poultry site located at Sandycroft.

Engineering plays a huge part in 2 Sisters and this opportunity allows you to understand the scale and complexity of production. You will be based full-time onsite and you will be given real tasks and empowered to make real decisions. You will roll your sleeves up and get stuck into life at 2 Sisters. As an Engineer, you will be key to keeping our sites running and work with some of our hi-tech equipment. You will have exposure to people at all different levels and learn from some of the best in the industry.

We will support you right from the start as well as giving you a structured development plan. You will also be partnered with a mentor who will be with you every step of the way.

Our eligibility criteria for our Engineering Graduate Scheme is as follows:

• 2.2 minimum degree in an Engineering discipline
• Graduated within the last 3 years
• A real passion for all things food and Engineering!
