SALES NEGOTIATOR

Salary: Negotiable depending on age & experience.

We are looking for a Sales Negotiator who is confident, driven and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

The role will include:

• Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to vendors
• Managing buyer enquiries and negotiating offers
• Building strong relationships with vendors and applicants
• Progressing sales through to completion
• Generating new business and identifying opportunities
• Providing a professional and friendly service at every stage

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous estate agency/sales experience (preferred)
• Is confident, proactive and target-driven
• Has excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Is organised and able to manage a busy workload
• Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
• Holds a full, clean UK driving licence
