Salary: Up to 30,000 per annum + benefits

Ready to take the next step in your IT career? We're working with a leading aerospace organisation to find an IT Support Engineer to provide essential support across a busy operational environment.

About the Role
You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day IT support, helping users across the business by resolving technical issues, managing support tickets and ensuring systems and devices remain operational. This is a varied 1st/2nd line role with exposure to Microsoft technologies, networking and end-user support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software and connectivity issues
  
• Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets
  
• Configure and deploy laptops, desktops and peripherals
  
• Support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
  
• Troubleshoot networking and user-related issues
  
• Provide onsite support and assist remote users across multiple locations
  

• Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or 1st/2nd Line role
  
• Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge
  
• Good understanding of Windows environments and networking fundamentals
  
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills
  

• Microsoft Azure experience
  
• Salesforce exposure
  
• Relevant Microsoft or CompTIA certifications
