Job Description

As a Senior Account Manager at MASEO, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
  • Understand client objectives, business goals, and industry trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with clients to define digital marketing strategies that align with their objectives.
  • Create detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring successful execution of campaigns.

Campaign Execution:

  • Oversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.

Team Coordination:

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and developers, to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members when necessary.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
