We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a highly successful and growing chartered surveying practice covering the Newport area. Due to continued business growth, they're looking for an experienced surveying professional to join the business on a consultancy basis, carrying out survey work within a 25-mile radius of your home.

Offering complete flexibility, a market-leading fee split, and full administrative support, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surveyor looking to maximise their earnings while maintaining a great work-life balance.

The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

• Carry out RICS Home Surveys (Level 2/HomeBuyer Reports)
• Undertake Mortgage Valuations
• Produce accurate, high-quality survey reports using industry-leading reporting software
• Manage your own diary and workload efficiently
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the surveying process
• Ensure all reports are completed in line with RICS standards and regulatory requirements
• Cover survey work within a 25-mile radius of your home

Residential Surveyor Requirements

• AssocRICS qualified (minimum) or above
• Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification surveying experience
• VRS registered
• Proven experience carrying out residential valuations and surveys
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Working Arrangement

• Consultancy basis with complete flexibility
• Minimum workload of 10 points per week, spread across a minimum of two working days
• Remote / WFH basis
• Monday - Friday
