Motorcycle Technician

1. CMC has been established for over 40 years and we are one of the largest motorcycle dealer groups in the UK.
2. We are looking for a qualified, vehicle technician to join the workshop team in our premium franchised dealership working on one of the UK motorcycle markets leading brands – Yamaha.
3. The successful candidate must have experience of working in a main dealer franchise, be able to use current diagnostic equipment as well as all aspects of servicing and modern engine work.

Responsibilities

• The successful candidate must have experience of working in a main dealer franchise, be able to use current diagnostic equipment as well as all aspects of servicing and modern engine work.
• From time to time you may also be required to talk to customers and as such you must be able to communicate clearly and provide technical explanations in a way that can be easily understood.
• The ideal candidate should be qualified to NVQ level 3 in motorcycle repair or light vehicles.
• You should have a minimum of 1 – 4 years of technical experience with modern vehicles and be able to work unsupervised in a safe and timely manner to high exacting standards.
• Must hold a full motorcycle licence
• We require a self-starter with a flexible can-do attitude, have a good attention to detail, and be able to work as part of a team.
• A full bike and car license are essential.

Contract Details

• Tuesday to Saturday 8.45 am to 6.00 pm
