Connells Group is looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join the successful team at our Pinkmove branch in Newport.

Whether you're a newly qualified Mortgage Advisor looking to build your career or an experienced sales professional with a minimum of 2 years' proven success in a target-driven sales role, this is an excellent opportunity to develop within one of the UK's leading property services groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities
• Support customers with tailored mortgage and protection solutions
• Guide customers through the home-buying journey from enquiry to completion
• Deliver exceptional customer service whilst achieving and exceeding targets

Skills & Experience

We'd love to hear from candidates who have:

• Either a CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) or a genuine interest in gaining the qualification and pursuing a career in Financial Services
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales-focused, target-driven environment
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent customer service and organisational abilities
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
