As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian is looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, Painter to carry out maintenance work locally in our properties and related assets. Working throughout Neath Port Talbot Borough, Permanent, with a starting salary of £26,796.00 with potential to increase to £29,221.00 after evidence of key competencies required within the role.
About the role:
As our Painter, you will undertake skilled maintenance work within your designated trade (Painter) to our asset and void properties. You will provide practical skilled expertise, ensuring service demands are met timely, effectively, and efficiently.
About You:
To be considered for the Painter role you will need be educated to a minimum Level 2 standard in a primary trade, along with a minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role, a valid CSCS card and valid driving licence.
