Salary: £25,000 Basic OTE £52,000+ (Uncapped) + Company Car

Richard Abson Group is proud to be working with a well-established dealership in Llandudno to recruit an experienced and driven Car Sales Executive.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and customer-focused team, specialising in both new and used vehicle sales within a modern dealership environment.

The Role

As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Selling both new and used vehicles
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to handover
• Building long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Maximising profitability on each vehicle sale
• Presenting finance and additional products in a compliant and professional manner
• Working as part of a professional and supportive sales team focused on performance, customer satisfaction and continued success

• £25,000 basic salary
• Uncapped OTE of £52,000+

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
• Every other Saturday off
• Every Sunday off
• Plus one weekday off every week

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in car sales, ideally within a main dealership
• A strong track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A confident and professional approach
• A highly motivated and driven attitude
• The ability to build strong customer relationships
• A full UK driving licence
