Job Description

Contract: 37 hours, Permanent

This position will support the Corporate property team by assisting with the receipt of information from external members of the public as well as internal workflow. Then applying this information to maintain and keep accurate record systems. The role is varied and busy and requires a well organised and structured approach to the working day.

About you:

The job Holder will require :-

  • Good IT skills with experience of XL, WORD, Outlook, etc.
  • A good telephone manner to deal with Contractors and PCC staff at all levels..
  • Some previous office experience would be an advantage.
  • To be literate and Numerate to a reasonable level.

What you will do:

  • To assist in the provision of an efficient and effective administrative/ finance support service to the corporate property team.
  • To maintain and update a range of electronic/ manual information systems including web-based information and assist with the collation of any statistical returns or reports.
  • To process incoming and outgoing mail
  • To undertake a full range of clerical duties, including processing of correspondence, reports, data, policies and procedures and associated documentation.

Service: Planning and Property

Salary: Grade 5 Point 7 to Point 9 £24,294 to £25,119 per annum pro rata £12.59 to £13.01 per hour
