Job Description

Senior IT Integration Engineer

📍 Hybrid | Occasional UK Travel

💰 Up to £60,000 + benefits

Shape Growth. Lead Integration. Stay Hands-On.

Are you a senior IT engineer who thrives on variety, ownership, and impact?

At Voyage Care, we’re looking for a Senior IT Integration Engineer to play a pivotal role in both our growth journey and technical delivery.

This is not your typical infrastructure role. You’ll sit at the heart of our acquisitions — leading IT integrations end-to-end — while also staying technically sharp by working across networking, cloud, modern workplace, and security projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

🔹 Lead IT Integrations

- Own the IT workstream for acquisitions from discovery through to handover

- Assess incoming environments, identify risks, and define integration plans

- Coordinate delivery across networking, identity, security, and service teams

- Be the trusted IT lead for stakeholders throughout each integration

🔹 Deliver as a Senior Engineer

- Work across infrastructure teams on complex projects, upgrades, and migrations

- Provide senior technical expertise where it’s needed most

- Support and unblock teams during high-demand delivery periods

🔹 Improve & Innovate

- Help build and refine a repeatable IT onboarding framework

- Create templates, standards, and automation to streamline integrations

- Contribute to continuous improvement across the IT estate

What We’re Looking For

You’re a well-rounded, hands-on senior engineer who enjoys both leading and delivering:

✔ Strong experience across multiple disciplines (networking, Azure, M365, endpoint, security)

✔ Proven ability to assess unfamiliar environments and turn insight into action

✔ Confident coordinating technical workstreams across teams

✔ Skilled communicator – able to translate complex IT into clear, practical language

✔ Comfortable taking ownership and driving outcomes

💡 Experience with acquisitions or large-scale onboarding is a plus — but not essential.

Why Join Voyage Care?

- Be part of growth: Play a key role in integrating newly acquired organisations

- Stay hands-on: Keep your technical edge across a broad IT landscape

- Make a difference: Your work directly supports care services across the UK

- Hybrid working: Flexibility with occasional travel

- Supportive environment: We invest in development and continuous learning

Make an Impact Where It Matters

At Voyage Care, technology isn’t just infrastructure — it enables life-changing services.

If you’re looking for a role with variety, ownership, and purpose, we’d love to hear from you.
