We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our Support Worker team. As a Casual Relief Worker you will assist and encourage the person that you support to become an integrated member of their local community; promoting physical and social participation. You will be enable people in your local community to live fulfilled lives.
Mirus is a not-for-profit charitable organisation, working in partnership with the people they support, their families and other partners, to deliver high quality, person-centred support services for people with a disability. We have been supporting people in Wales for over 35 years and currently support over 350 people in ten different local authority areas.
For this role you are required to have a full UK Driving license, this is to drive the people we support vehicles, which can't be insured on international driving license.

Hours of work?
We ask that a Casual Relief Worker pick up a minimum of 13 shifts every 13 week period. A shift would include a sleep in/waking shift. As a Casual Relief Worker we will agree mutually suitable shifts between you and your Manager
