Maintenance Team Leader

1. RWE provides firm, flexible thermal gas-fired generation with around 7000 MW of modern and efficient operational capacity.
2. You'll provide effective management of day to day maintenance activities.

Main Purpose of the Role

Provide effective management of day to day maintenance activities. Support broader management of the maintenance team whilst ensuring that risk based maintenance techniques are applied to deliver safe, flexible and reliable plant. Provide expertise within own discipline and maintain plant area knowledge and deliver the continuous improvement agenda to maximise the potential of the cluster within the RWE Generation portfolio. This will require effective management of resources to deliver planned business commercial and performance targets in the most productive and cost-efficient way whilst delivering the planned.
