IT Risk Analyst

Robert Half are looking for an IT Risk Analyst to help identify, assess, and manage technology risks across the business. You'll work with different teams to ensure risks are understood, tracked, and reduced effectively

Key Responsibilities

• Support the identification and assessment of IT risks
• Maintain and update risk registers
• Recommend practical and cost-effective risk controls
• Prepare risk reports for stakeholders and committees
• Track and support risk events and issues
• Assist project and delivery teams in managing risks linked to IT changes
• Help maintain and improve risk management processes and documentation

Skills & Experience

• Good understanding of working within and in collaboration with IT functions
• Ability to analyse data and support risk-based decisions
• Critical thinking and attention to detail
• Structured and logical problem-solving approach
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Awareness of business and customer priorities
• Experience in IT or cyber risk analysis

Desirable

• Familiarity with frameworks like COBIT, ITIL, or ISO standards
• Experience working with auditors
• Relevant certifications (e.g. ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST)
