We are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead our team of volunteers across the South Wales area. As the Volunteer Manager you will:

About the role
As a Volunteer Manager, you will recruit, inspire, and support a team of dedicated volunteers, empowering them to deliver high-quality services and compassionate support to victims when they need it most, making a real different to the lives of people affected by crime.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues, in order to maximise positive outcomes for service users.
