About the role

​We are seeking a part-time Engagement Officer, tasked with coordinating and implementing the project in its early stages as well as supervision of volunteers and establishing volunteering at the heart of our organisation.

You will have significant experience working in a service user involvement/ volunteer coordinator role as well as a proven track record in supporting individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds to achieve their goals.

Essential Information

  • This role is based in our Cardiff Office in St Mellon’s but the area of operational is the Cwm Taf Morgannwg Health Board Area. You must be able to drive and have access to a car during the working week.
  • The salary band for the role is £23,980 based on a 37 hour week.
  • This role is part time at 21 hours per week, and is fixed term for 1 year.
  • All successful candidates will require an enhanced DBS check.
