As the QS, you will be working with the Project Manager through the project commercial lead for the commercial aspects of a project / section of a larger project.Responsibilities:

• Understanding and working knowledge of project commercial start up and close out procedures
• Procurement
• Applications for Payment and Invoicing
• Cost Control
• Accounting and Reporting
• Risk and Opportunity Management

• Relevant commercial experience in the Construction Industry
• BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• CSCS
• UK Driving licence
