Roles and Responsibilities: Lead classes in the absence of the regular teacher. Implement pre-set lesson plans and maintain a positive learning environment. Engage with students and manage classroom behaviour effectively. Adapt to different school settings, including those with SEN requirements. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere. Contribute to the overall educational experience of students.
Requirements: Previous experience working in a school or educational setting is advantageous. Comfortable working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Flexible availability for immediate start. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel to different schools across Cardiff.
