Join our client's dynamic Employment Law team during a period of exciting growth and positive change. They are seeking an Employment Associate to manage a variety of employment-related cases from initial referral to conclusion, ensuring high standards of service and adherence to regulatory and company processes.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Handle both contentious and non-contentious employment work, including advising on settlement agreement terms, drafting and negotiating settlement agreements, contracts of employment, and handbooks and policies.
• Maintain effective and efficient case handling, ensuring the highest standard of service to our customers.
• Adhere to regulatory and company processes while considering cost aspects.
• Collaborate closely with a team that boasts a wealth of experience and provides unrivalled support.
• Participate in business development activities to enhance individual and business profiles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in contentious and non-contentious Employment Litigation work.
• Strong knowledge of Employment Law and procedures.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in, or a strong desire to assist in, business development.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Proactive approach to managing your own caseload to a high standard.
• Clear understanding of the SRA Code of Conduct.
• Highly collaborative with exceptional client care skills.
