Starting Rate: £12.71 per hour Increase to £13.11 per hour upon successful completion of training

Are you looking for a long-term opportunity with a well-established food manufacturing business? We are currently recruiting for a Blending Operator to join a busy production team in Caerphilly.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing operation, working within a modern manufacturing environment producing high-quality products.

Shift Pattern 12-hour day shifts (6:00am - 6:00pm)

Week 1:Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

Pay Rates

• £12.71 per hour during training
• £13.11 per hour once fully trained
• £16.39 per hour for night shifts
• £19.67 per hour on Saturdays
• £26.22 per hour on Sundays

Key Responsibilities

• Operating blending and mixing equipment safely and efficiently
• Accurately weighing and measuring ingredients
• Following production plans and recipes
• Completing quality and safety checks
• Recording production data and documentation
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and housekeeping
• Adhering to all food safety and health & safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, production, blending, mixing or machine operating experience is advantageous
• Good attention to detail
• Strong understanding of health & safety practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and committed with a positive attitude
