About the role:

Active Assistance are expanding our client base. We’re looking to recruit a brand-new team of Support Workers to care for our brand new young client in Llanrug.

Our client is a 17 year old teenage girl who lives at home with her family. She has complex health needs including wheelchair user, non-verbal, PEG fed and epilepsy. You will be supporting her on a 1:1 basis. We will provide full specialist training.

Due to the rural location of the client’s home, you will need to be a driver with a car.

Shifts available:

  • Fridays (8am-6pm) and Saturdays (8am-4pm)
  • Plus occassional cover for Wednesday and Thursday shifts when other support worker is off
  • Package is likely to increase so more hours likely to be available!

In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.

  • Earn up to £13.50 per hour (depending on experience) - you’ll also receive an additional 14.07% holiday pay on every hour worked
