Primary Teacher (QTS) - Blaenau Gwent

September Start Full-Time Via Aspire People

Aspire People are recruiting for a committed and enthusiastic Primary Teacher (QTS) to join a welcoming primary school in the Blaenau Gwent area from September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for both NQTs/ECTs and experienced teachers looking to join a supportive school environment focused on high-quality teaching and pupil progress.

The Role:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
Track and support pupil progress effectively
Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and leadership
Contribute to whole-school improvement and ethos

Requirements:
Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by September 2026
Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
Passion for supporting children's learning and development
Good behaviour management and communication skills
Welsh speaking would be an advantage
NQTs welcome to apply
