RCS is a social enterprise based in North Wales. Since we set up in 2007 under the name ‘Rhyl City Strategy’, the wellbeing value of our social impact has exceeded £40 million. We employ a dedicated team of over 30 staff who deliver our professional, specialist services across Wales.
