We provide 1850 homes for rent, including 4 housing schemes for older people. We also provide a well-respected Care & Repair service for older or disabled people living in privately-owned homes
We are a Registered Social Landlord based in Rhondda Cynon Taf, providing a range of homes for all members of the community, as well as services to help improve their health & wellbeing.
We have a total of 1829 homes, ranging from single person flats to family homes. We provide general need housing, adapted homes, supported schemes, as well as 4 sheltered schemes throughout RCT.
This year we have sown the seeds for a number of exciting partnership projects that will make the best use of our resources whilst driving up performance and satisfaction. We will continue to collaborate with our trusted partners and funders to ensure that we meet our aims as a responsible landlord and as a growing social business.
