Cartref Ni is a not-for-profit organisation and a registered charity, that provides 24/7 support to adults with learning disabilities enabling them to live in their own home in the counties of Conwy, Denbighshire, and Flintshire.
We support adults with learning disabilities to be as independent as possible, fulfil their potential, live their dreams and be part of the community.
With over 30 years experience we believe in living as well as caring; as a charity we reinvest any profit into our services, making a positive difference to the lives of the people we support.
