Age Connects Morgannwg is the operating title of Age Concern Morgannwg, a charity for older people living in Rhondda Cynon Taf, Bridgend and Merthyr Tydfil. Since 1977, we've been working to get older people the help they want, when they want it.

Age Connects Morgannwg is the leading charity working with older people living in Rhondda Cynon Taf, Bridgend and Merthyr Tydfil (the Cwm Taf Morgannwg Health Board footprint).
The post holder will work with local high schools to identify older young people that can act as mentors in the Connect & Save Cafes.
